Delivery Process

Inside Dhaka City:

Delivery time is 1–3 days (maximum 7 days).

Outside Dhaka City:

We deliver safely via SteadFast Courier. Delivery time is 3–5 days (maximum 10 days).

Return / Replacement Period

• You may request a return or replacement within 3 calendar days after delivery.

Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

• Wrong item delivered

• Defective or damaged item

• Missing parts or accessories

• Product description on the website was incorrect

“Change of mind” returns are not accepted.

Conditions for a Valid Return

• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) must be provided.

• The product must be returned with original packaging, box and all included accessories.

When Return / Replacement Is Not Accepted

• Items that have been used or installed

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Any product missing original packaging, box or accessories

Refund Policy

• Refund applies only when an order is canceled due to product unavailability.

• Refund will be processed within 1–10 working days via the same payment method.

• Payment gateway charges for the refund will be borne by Dakkho.

Replacement Policy

• Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

• Replacement is subject to availability of the same product in stock.
