Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Zones and Rates

We currently ship within Bangladesh only. Shipping rates are based on your location:

Inside Dhaka

  • Shipping Cost: Tk 100
  • Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days
  • Areas covered: All areas within Dhaka city

Outside Dhaka

  • Shipping Cost: Tk 150
  • Estimated Delivery: 4-7 business days
  • Areas covered: All districts outside Dhaka

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Shipping destination
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays and weekends
  • Courier availability in remote areas

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your delivery status with our courier partner.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

  • Package not received within estimated delivery time
  • Damaged package upon delivery
  • Missing items from your order
  • Incorrect items delivered

6. Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Required information:

  • Full name of recipient
  • Complete street address
  • City/District
  • Phone number (for delivery coordination)
  • Alternative phone number (recommended)

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Large and Heavy Items

Large furniture items and heavy products may require:

  • Additional delivery time
  • Special arrangement for delivery
  • Ground floor delivery only (unless arranged otherwise)

Please contact us before ordering if you have specific delivery requirements for large items.

9. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order products may take longer to process. The estimated delivery time will be displayed on the product page and confirmed via email after your order is placed.

10. Delivery During Holidays

Please note that deliveries are not made on public holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
