Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

- It must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Process

Step 2: Approval
We will review your return request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Step 4: Inspection and Refund
After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the inspection results. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase:
- bKash: Refunded to your bKash account within 5-7 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to your card within 7-10 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bKash or bank transfer (you must provide account details)
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or if we sent you the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost. For all other exchanges (e.g., size or color changes), please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos. We will:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund including shipping costs
You will not be charged for return shipping if the item is damaged or defective.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct item immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your payment provider — processing times may vary
- Contact us if you still haven't received the refund after 15 business days
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Cancellations
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. If your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
After Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may refuse delivery and follow our standard return process once it's sent back to us.
Custom Orders
